Manufactured with a refractory chamotte structure identical in every respect to that of our wood-fired ovens, our combi ovens are designed to combine the advantages of wood and gas, with total safety.
Each pizza oven is equipped with a Certigaz-certified gas torch burner, with a choice of 2 flame powers. This burner produces a large, beautiful flame, comparable to that of a wood-fired oven.
Your combi-steamer is also equipped with a wood guard to confine logs and prevent embers and coals from touching the gas burner.
Last but not least, a touch-sensitive digital panel lets you control the oven temperature with ease. Forget the chore of heating the wood-fired oven! Thanks to the 7-day programmable gas start-up schedule, your combi steamer reaches the set temperature automatically and unattended, and can maintain it for long hours.

Our combined wood and gas ovens with a static floor

Our rotary ovens with turntables and dual wood and gas supply
These 4 models of combi ovens with rotating trays enable you to achieve exceptional productivity with a service comparable to that of a conveyor oven, even with unskilled personnel.
The pizzas on the trays rotate both on themselves and around the gas flame located in the center of the oven, between the trays.
Thanks to this double “planetary” rotation movement, which lasts around 1 to 3 minutes, the pizza maker only has to untwist the pizzas when they are perfectly cooked in front of the door.
The pizzas are cooked perfectly and evenly in just one turn of the hearth, with no need for handling or supervision!

Our wood-gas rotary pizza ovens
Treat yourself to a real productivity boost with these combi rotary ovens, which can bake up to 120 pizzas per hour in perfect uniformity!
To achieve this result, the hearth rotates very quickly, at a rate of 4 to 5 times per minute, so that the pizza spends only a short time in close proximity to the flame.
On the 1200 and 1400 RBGSP ovens, the gas torch and wood burner can be installed to the right or left of the hearth, depending on the configuration of your pizzeria.
All these ovens also feature a 7-speed variable speed drive, as well as a 7-day programmed start-up schedule (2 start-ups possible per day).
